021: Cooking Up Tasty Habits with Kendra Kinnison The Habit Chef

  • Actually, one of my listeners, Toni Sikkema, who has become a good friend, told me about your podcast.  And in passing, she sent me a text saying she was into the Habit Chef Podcast.
  • Kendra used habits to change her own health.
  • When I listened to Kendra’s podcast I immediately recognized how these habits could play a big role in weight loss.

My Progress:

  • Third podcasts in as many weeks and I am eating a healthy breakfast and lunch and I did swim 3 days last week.  This week I’m adding drinking at least 64 oz of water a day to my Habit Snowball.  I also started a Private Let’s Reverse Obesity Facebook Group.
