Trying to live a healthier lifestyle comes with challenges. With Any change support is needed.

To make a whole life change sometimes you need a Whole Life Challenge.

My friend Erin J Cruz asked me if I would be interested in joining her Crazy Canucks team and I said why not.

So Saturday May 2nd I start the 56 day Challenge. Now I have 2 weeks into the challenge and I have issues. My cohost Erin will discuss those issues.
